Monday, Monday, Monday

Baby girl watching Cinderella while mommy unpacked and did what felt like 7,654 loads of laundry. I love going on vacation but hate the unpacking part. Since I didn't make it to the store today we went out for dinner.
I told Ryan I wanted something completely unhealthy for dinner tonight, so we ended up at red lobster. Nothing better than those biscuits and salad. Yum. I won't say how many biscuits I ate.  Olivia was in the best mood. She loved pulling on daddy's beard and earrings. She was even feeding her little baby doll biscuits. Although, we had a fun Monday we sure did miss our baby boy. He went on a delivery with lolly and pops and won't be back until tomorrow.

A special visit

This weekend we had some friends come visit us from New Mexico. They have an almost five month old little boy named Jackson. Olivia just didn't know what to do with a real life doll.

She didn't want to leave his side. It was so sweet. I think being around the baby encouraged her to bring some of her babies out to play.
Having them here this weekend gave me an idea of what life would be like with three kids. As much as we love babies we are happy with our healthy two.
And here's one more picture for fun. It was just too cute not to post.

Father's Day 2013

Happy Father's Day to all the special men in my life.

We had a low key Father's Day I don't think Ryan would have wanted it any other way. We went to lunch with his parents and this sweet guy.

Pearson also turned two today. We love him so much. After lunch we came home and gave Ryan part of his presents.

Then he worked a little on the boat getting it ready for our trip.

I'm not sure how he got in this position but it did not look comfortable one bit. We had pork chops, German potato salad, green beans, and pineapple for dinner. Then Ryan played with the kids a little bit before it was time for bed.

Long time no blog

I'm really not much of a blogger, but I decided I would give it another shot. I really need another place I can put all my pictures. So, if no one really reads this its not a big deal. Totally for just me.

Today Carson wanted to dress up like princes and princesses. He made himself a little crown out of some paper, and picked out this princess dress for livi to wear. We even went to wal mart like this.
Afterwards we had to hit up sonic happy hour. The kids sure love watermelon slushes, or "smushes" as c calls them.
Olivia slept until noon today so I was pretty sure she wouldn't take a nap. I folded some laundry in my room when I was done I found her here. I guess I was wrong. Now we're off to the lake!

It’s officially Spring in Texas!

027

When the Bluebeonnets come out it’s officially Spring here in Texas. Luckily, there is a big field full of Bluebonnets near where we live. Every year we go for some pictures. This year was extra special because I now have two beautiful babies to photograph.

My brothers 30th bday party

Saturday night my SIL, Tiffany hosted what was supposed to be a surprise 30th bday party for my brother. She ended up telling him about it ahead of time because he had told her he didn't want to hang out with anyone this weekend since he had to work so much. He was still fine with having it and I'm glad because it was nice and perfect. She made fajitas and ordered hot sauce, guacamole, rice, and beans from On The Border. It was so delicious she even let me bring him left overs! : ) We left Carson with Lolly and Pops and just brought Olivia since she pretty much just sleeps anyway. She got lots of love by grandmas, grandpas, aunts, and uncles.

Thanks for having us over Tiff, we had a good time!

Meet my baby girl

This is my little Olivia Reese. She's beautiful and perfect. This picture is a bit old now, but one of my favorites. She still likes to eat, sleep, and poop. She does stay awake some but I'm pretty certain she's a little lazy. She loves for me to hold her. I'm thinking Olivia is a mommys girl. I love that she is because we all know Carson is all boy and all about daddy. Olivia has been a great baby. The only real difference between her and Carson at this age is Carson was a better sleeper. She's been sleeping through the night since she was 3 weeks, but I was able to feed him and just put him to bed and he'd fall asleep without a sound. Olivia on the other hand is not as easy. I feed her, put her to bed then after about 10 minutes she wants her paci and I have to hold her hand for a few minutes then she's finally out. Carson was also sleeping in his crib at 6 weeks. Olivia wants nothing to do with her crib. I'll lay her in while I'm cleaning her room and she's fine. If I put her in it while she's already sleeping she'll only stay there for about 30 minutes max. I don't mind it that much because she's my last little baby, but I am ready to have my room back to just me and Ryan again. Soon enough she'll get over it or she'll have to start crying it out. For the mean time it's no big deal!
P.S. Carson has been such a great big brother! He loves to help me. I think 3 years is such a perfect age difference!
