Yesterday was also a big day for Carson. He went to Mothers Day Out for the first time at FBC Wylie. It was rough dropping him off, but I know he had a good time. It's good for him to be with other kids and play and learn. I also enjoy having a couple hours to myself. I can grocery shop a lot easier, I can clean house faster, because I won't be stopping to pick up stuff he just dumped out. I can go to lunch with friends and just enjoy my peace and quiet. It is a real privilege and I am glad I get to do it!! They had a bounce house for the kids to play in, he isn't too crazy about bounce houses yet. His teacher said he just played with some balls. They also made little frogs out of paper sacks, I say he made it, but as an ex daycare teacher I know he had some help. He ate a good lunch and took a long nap. I am happy he napped I wasn't sure how that was going to go.

This is the color I was going for. Mine looks darker. I know I wasn't going to look like LL. It was just an idea of what I wanted. I think to get this look I would have to have done some low lights along with a color. I wasn't going to pay a boat load of money so we just tried the one color to see how it turned out.
So you know these claw games that eat all of your money? Didn't get to eat mine today. I was lucky. I put in the 50 cents and carefully chose where I wanted to drop my claw and won on the first try. We were waiting for a table at Texas Roadhouse so I thought I would win Carson a little cheap vday present. I honestly never thought I would win. All the people in the waiting area were saying I can't believe you just won. It was crazy. I must say I was very proud, I don't think I have ever won anything in my life. Go me. By the way I won a Felix the cat stuffed animal, and Carson didn't care. PS if you ever go to Roadhouse do call ahead seating. Even if it is only 3:30 in the afternoon

Yesterday marked our 2 year wedding anniversary. I was very excited! I know it doesn't seem like much, but 2 years is a big accomplishment. I can't wait until I can say i've been married for 10 or 20 years that will be here before I know it. Two years sure has gone by quick!! It has been a fun two years together that's for sure. I have to say right now marriage is still pretty easy, there's hard times, but spending everyday with my best friend is just the best thing ever!!!! We celebrated by going to dinner at Kobe Steaks in Addison. It was very yummy. It's a real treat to go there for me. It doesn't happen very often. Ryan also took the day off of work, we had donuts for breakfast and just hung out on the couch until it was time to pick Carson up from Mothers Day Out. Very relaxing!!!
